Thala Ajith is currently in Hyderabad to start shooting for his scenes in the Tamil remake of critically acclaimed Bollywood Blockbuster hit #Pink. Sources say that scenes featuring Ajith will be shot for the next twenty days in Hyderabad. Other than Ajith, the untitled film #Ak59 also has Shraddha Srinath, Vidya Balan, Adhik Ravichandran, Arjun Chidambaram, Abhirami Venkatachalam, Andrea Tariang, Aswin Rao and Sujith Shankar in pivotal characters.
Produced by Boney Kapoor under the banner Bayview Projects LLP and Zee Studios, H Vinoth of Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru fame is directing the film. Our Little Maestro Yuvan Shankar Raja has been roped in to compose the music and Nirav Shah is cranking the camera. The makers of the film have earlier announced that they are planning for a possible theatrical release on May 1.
